This recipe for oatmeal raisin cookies quick oats can be baked, cooled then moved to a gallon freezer bag. Take 1-2 out each morning and within an hour they will be perfectly snack-able and calling your name.

  • ? cup organic all-purpose flour
  • ? teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter at room temp
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • ? cup raisins

Instructions
